Ingredients

  • 400g roasted vegetables
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 packet mixed grains

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C
  2. Roast vegetables for 15 minutes
  3. Add beans and tomatoes, season, and cook for another 10-15 minutes
  4. Heat the grains in the microwave and serve with the chilli
