Ingredients
- 16 chicken thighs
- 2 lemons
- 4 tsp paprika
- 2 onions
- 300ml yogurt
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
Instructions
- Mix lemon juice with paprika and onions, slash chicken thighs, and marinate
- Prepare the yogurt marinade with ginger, garlic, cumin, garam masala, chili powder, and turmeric
- Let marinate for at least 1 hour, then grill for 8 minutes per side until cooked through
