Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sugar
