Lighter Version
Use pre-made salad mix or eat raw vegetables like sweet pepper, cucumber, or tomato with a slice of bread for a quick sandwich.
Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast
- 1 tsp sweet pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup red beans
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- Optional: 1 can tuna

- Air fryer or oven

Instructions
- Marinade chicken with sweet pepper, garlic, black pepper, soy sauce, and optional cayenne pepper
- Cook in air fryer or oven
- Chop vegetables (red beans, corn, cucumber, carrot, spinach) and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- Optional: Add tuna for extra protein
