Description

Lighter Version

Use pre-made salad mix or eat raw vegetables like sweet pepper, cucumber, or tomato with a slice of bread for a quick sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 1 tsp sweet pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup red beans
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Optional: 1 can tuna

Items Required

  • Air fryer or oven

Instructions

  1. Marinade chicken with sweet pepper, garlic, black pepper, soy sauce, and optional cayenne pepper
  2. Cook in air fryer or oven
  3. Chop vegetables (red beans, corn, cucumber, carrot, spinach) and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  4. Optional: Add tuna for extra protein
