Ingredients

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 1 tsp sweet pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinade chicken with sweet pepper, garlic, black pepper, soy sauce, and optional cayenne pepper
  2. Cook in air fryer or oven
  3. Chop vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots) and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  4. Roast in oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes
