Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast
- 1 tsp sweet pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Instructions
- Marinade chicken with sweet pepper, garlic, black pepper, soy sauce, and optional cayenne pepper
- Cook in air fryer or oven
- Chop vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots) and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Roast in oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes
