Use instant couscous and skip adding vegetables for a quicker version.

Ingredients

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 1 tsp sweet pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: tomatoes
  • cucumbers
  • bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Marinade chicken with sweet pepper, garlic, black pepper, soy sauce, and optional cayenne pepper
  2. Cook in air fryer or oven
  3. Prepare couscous by adding boiling water, covering, and letting it steam for 5 minutes
  4. Mix in olive oil and your choice of chopped vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers
