Description

Instructions

  1. Crack two eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter
  4. Dip two slices of bread into the beaten eggs, making sure both sides are well-coated
  5. Place the coated bread slices into the skillet and pour any remaining egg mixture over them
  6. Fry for 2-3 minutes on one side
